Summary
myBook is an e-book service of Taiwan Mobile, the second largest telecom carrier in Taiwan. In this project, I was involved in all stages of the design process, from the workshop for exploring potential features, interviews for finding user pain points of existing service, to defining the persona. We redesigned the user interface for the website and mobile app with the goal to:

Increase sign up rate by improving the process for guiding users to buy myBook package in Taiwan Mobile retail stores
